What: A weekly scheduled program for all senior high (Gr. 9-12) students that includes games, various activities, snacks, and a bible study together. There are also various retreats throughout the year.

When: Monday nights, 7:00-9:00pm

Where: 54 Benton Street, Kitchener

Why: To journey with senior high students in their walk with God, dig deeper into God’s Word and encourage students to discover God’s calling for their life. To Illuminate students to go out in light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and live as activists for the sake of the Gospel, in their schools, jobs, social circles, etc.

Goals for Illumin8 Youth:

• Illumin8 will be a safe environment for students in Grades 9-12 every Monday evening. This will be done through weekly events at 54 Benton that provide a space where students feel loved, valued, can learn, and have a ton of fun

  Illumin8 will provide a space for students to ask questions and explore aspects of their faith during weekly small group times, and 1 on 1 mentoring time with leaders once per week

  Illumin8 will help in developing a spiritual fire in the lives of students, by weekly Bible study, and will send students out each week with a deeper understanding of their purpose and how God will use them to glorify Him

  Illumin8 will equip students through service projects, gospel training, to live a life that shares the Good news of Jesus. Students will learn the attributes of Jesus’ and how they can show His love to those around them. This is the goal for students to understand as they leave youth at the end of high school.
