20 minute workout with Priska and Kenrick

Join Priska and Kenrick for a 20 minute workout on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm

Join in if you like, keep your mic on so we can hear the groans and laughs (because that's the motivation)

Find a spot in your house that is about the size of a yoga matt, bare feet so you don't slip, and away we go.

Because they can't really see you they trust you will stop doing it if anything hurts. At their clinic they would push through some stuff (as some of you know :-) but because they can't see you this is coming from friends, not physio professionals.
